Biography:

Terri is a dual-title Ph.D. candidate in the Psychology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies programs. She broadly studies the experiences of women in the workplace through an intersectional framework, such as perceptions of leaders who disclose menopause, and how apologies function differently in the workplace for men and women. Terri is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and working towards equity in the workplace!
