Biography:

Elaine currently works as a design researcher for Capital One, studying car dealer’s motivations, pain points, and how they use various tools (including Capital One’s tools) to accomplish their tasks. She is passionate about others’ awareness and understanding of gender bias, especially in the workplace context.
