The WV ADVANCE Center purchased 2 copies of the game early in our grant cycle. I have used WAGES in my disciplinary fields — at a session at the preeminent conference for social work educators and twice in a course for Executive Masters in Public Administration students. WAGES has been a wonderful experiential introduction to implicit bias and beyond. Throughout the presentation/course, it was also helpful to refer back to particular scenarios from the game.

The accompanying resource materials were extraordinary, ranging from very detailed explanations and scripts to a quick reference guide. Furthermore, content was organized in different ways, depending on how one wanted to approach it. I believe the materials would be helpful to any facilitator–from a novice to an expert in this area– and with various presentation styles.
